Never feel lost again with your healthy living routine by taking The Fit Blueprint. Meet up with your personal health coach to be guided along a series of fitness assessments. We'll start by reviewing your body composition with an InBody scale that analyzes metabolic rate, muscle mass, and more. We'll then review your blood pressure and body circumference measurements. A functional movement screen will be conducted afterward to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of your core, balance, and coordination. With both criteria gathered, we'll outline a plan with nutritional advice to understand the most effective way to design a healthy living routine to become your fittest self.
If you need to cancel your appointment outside of the 12-hour cancellation window, please call or text at (202) 940-5472 between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM. You may leave a detailed voicemail message or send a text message and your call/text will be returned as soon as possible. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, the missed appointment will be deducted from your package or single-session credit with no refund. In the case of injury, illness, or emergency situations the professional trainer will accept the late cancellation based on the circumstances presented by the client.
