CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text at 443-599-8169 between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message or send a text message. Your call or text will be returned as soon as possible.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, the missed appointment will be deducted from your package or single-session credit with no refund.
In the case of injury, illness, or emergency situations the professional trainer will accept the late cancellation based on the circumstances presented by the client.
